The Assistant Controller's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the overall accounting functions and staff by establishing and enforcing all accounting policies and procedures related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, payroll, and other operational procedures.
• Establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
• Develop and maintain planning and budgeting systems, analysis and interpretation of trends requiring senior management’s attention
• Prepare managerial reports to present findings and recommendations.

Assistant Controller's Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ in Accounting, Finance or experience equivalent
• 3 years of hands-on general ledger accounting experience
